Joshua Douglas is a law professor at the University of Kentucky College of Law, focused on the
constitutional right to vote.  He teaches and researches election law and voting rights,civil procedure,
constitutional law, and judicial decision making . He is the coauthor of an election-law case book and a
coeditor of Election Law Stories. He educated our members about everyday people whose dedication and
actions led to voting rights for our most challenged citizens : felons, the homeless, and disenfranchised
ethnic groups He aided Kentucky Secretary of State Adams on drafting photo ID legislation for Kentucky.
